The Historic Brook Forest Inn is proud to have the experience and talents of Larry Cotton at the helm of our kitchen. For more than two decades, Mr. Cotton has delighted the tastebuds of the most discerning dining critics. His Abruscian heritage is prevalent in his Italian cuisine and his attention to detail is keenly present in his French/American presentations as well. Mr. Cotton is also a master at creating delectable desserts to complete your dining experience.

Chandeliers is our fine dining restaurant featuring a menu which is a blend of Italian, French and Western influences. Open Wednesday through Saturday 5pm until 9pm (excluding certain holidays). Our Pub is a wonderful place to unwind after a day of hiking, climbing, skiing, shopping or acclimating to our altitude of 8150 feet. This is our casual dining atmosphere, where cowboy boots are welcome. Enjoy one of our prime Angus burgers or try one of our legendary brick-oven pizzas. Our brunch is served on Sundays from 10am until 2pm in both our dining room and pub. Make time to get up and enjoy our fluffy omelets, giant breakfast burritos, home-made waffles or our almost famous biscuits and gravy.
